The Jawaharlal Nehru Customs House (JNCH) will accord priority to direct port delivery (DPD) status holders with regard to the assessment of the bill of entry. JNCH has decided that any request received from the DPD, either through letter, SMS or WhatsApp on their mobile numbers listed on the JNCH website, or by email, will be attended to on an immediate basis.
