The Paradip Port Trust has signed a concession agreement with Kalinga International Coal Terminal Paradip Private Limited (KICTPPL) for the development of a new coal berth at the port. KICTPPL is the SPV set up by Kakinada Seaports Limited, Bothra Shipping and Rapley Wilkinson Proprietary Limited, for developing and executing the project on a build- operate-transfer basis.
