Mitsui O.S.K. Lines Limited is likely to acquire an 11 per cent stake in the Pipavav (Jafrabad) LNGTerminal Projectin Gujaratbeing built by Swan LNG Private Limited. The company may also be a technical consultant for the project and will supervise the construction of the terminal’s floating, storage and regasification unit, which will be built at a shipyard in South Korea. The Gujarat state government will take a26 per cent equity stake in the terminal, jointly through Gujarat State Petronet Limited and the Gujarat Maritime Board.
