NTPC Limited has commissioned the 250 MW Mandsaur solar project in Madhya Pradesh. The project entails an investment of Rs 15.03 billion and consists of five solar plants with an installed capacity of 50 MW each. With this, the total installed capacity of NTPC stands at 51,676 MW. Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited has the engineering, procurement and construction contract for the project.
