Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL) has asked IndiGo airline to partially shift its operations from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2 by January 4, 2018. DIAL had earlier given the deadline of October 29, 2017 to the airline for shifting operations so as to undertake terminal expansion works. However, IndiGo expressed its inability to shift operations partially, leading to delays in executing terminal expansion plans. As a result, IndiGo has been asked to indemnify losses to DIAL.
