The Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House (JNCH) in its latest Public Notice No. 133/2017 has launched the Refund SMS Seva (for centralised refund and special additional duty) for all refund claims filed at the customs house wherein the claimant will be intimated through an SMS at every stage of refund processing. The service has been launched as a part of the ease of doing business initiative.
