The Supreme Court has rejected the Competition Commission of India’s (CCI) plea to probe charges of cartelisation against Bharti Airtel, Vodafone India and Idea Cellular. Earlier, in January 2018, the CCI had moved the Supreme Court against the Bombay High Court’s decision to set aside a probe ordered by the CCI on charges of cartelisation against the above-mentioned operators.
