The MoRTH has laid foundation stones/inaugurated 80 national highway projects worth Rs 1.1 trillion in Uttar Pradesh. In addition, it has also inaugurated/laid foundation stones for road projects spanning 510 km in Moradabad, Meerut and Baghpat in western Uttar Pradesh. Taken together, these projects entail an investment to the tune of Rs 50.94 billion. Further, national highway projects spanning 331 km in Muzaffarnagar and Bulandshahr have also been inaugurated/launched.
